Custom Design Mold Bottle Tumbler Tooling Processes
Step 1: NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
When you want to develop a custom mold design water bottle which related to confidential information (such as drawing, design concepts), we sign NDA with you before we discuss any details.
Step 2: Design Drawing Or Drawing Modification Advice
Based on your custom design bottle requirements and progress, our engineer team offer design supports to complete your bottle product design drawing, or have modification advice for your product team to finish the design drawing.
Step 3: Quotation
We quote prices & lead time for product or tooling after having collected all requirement information from you, can offer free sample for stock items, custom logo & color sample would charge cost and usually 7 days, tooling & sample lead time usually takes 30~45 working days.
Step 4. Payment And Sample Making
We receive payment of samples then start the sample making process and send samples for your approval:
1. Custom prototype sample: 10 days
2. Custom tooling sample: 30~45 days
3. Custom color sample: 10 days
Sample shipment via express DHL, FFDEX, UPS, TNT around 7 days on the road to EU & USA, 4 days to AU & KOREA & Japan.
Step 5. Production & Inspection
After receiving deposit payment, we start mass production which usually takes 30 days lead time.During mass production, our quality department conduct in-process inspection and test, also have final pre-shipment inspection for customer review.
Step 6. Final Payment & Shipment
After receiving final payment, we cooperate with your forwarder to book the shipment, cargo will arrive at your warehouse around 10 days by air shipment 40 days by sea shipment.
