OEM Manufacturing Process of Custom Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Bottle
Step 1: Inquiry
Pick up products that catch your eyes and email us your detailed requirements, which may include but are not limited to logo, color, image, quantities and packing of products. Your email will be replied within 24 hours during weekdays.
Step 2: NDA (non-disclose agreement)
When you want to work with us on developing a custom design water bottle which relates to confidential information (such as drawing, sketch, design concepts, bill of material), we sign NDA/NNN with you before we discuss further. We value the protection of intellectual property rights.
Step 3: Quotation & Sample
We quote prices & lead time for product or tooling after having collected all requirement information from you. We can offer free sample for stock items. For samples with custom logo & color, we would charge cost and it will usually 7 days. For tooling & sample, the lead time is about 5-7 weeks.
Step 4. Production & Inspection
We start mass production after receiving deposit. It will takes 3 – 5 weeks to fulfil the mass production. Our Quality Control department conducts in-process inspection and tests such as vacuum insulation test, leak proof test, appearance inspection to ensure good quality.
Step 5. Final Payment & Shipment
After receiving balance payment, our Logistics Department will arrange the shipping till all goods arrive at your warehouse. We provide door-to-door shipping service and we are also happy to cooperate with your forwarder to book the shipment. Cargo will arrive destination around 1 week by air freight. It will take about 5 weeks by sea freight.
