How Are YETI Tumblers Made

YETI Tumblers can keep water beverage ice cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours for your daily hydration drinking. So how does it work to keep your beverage hot and cold?

YETI Tumblers are made with double walls stainless steel 18-8 structure with a vacuum insulated sealed layer between the double walls. The vacuum layer can stop heat conduction and convection to keep liquid hot or cold inside the tumbler without condensation issue when you touch the tumbler with your hand, because air can not flow in a vacuum space so that the heat is remained. There is also a copper lining on the inner wall of the stainless steel tumblers to enhance heat preservation performance. All these elements make the YETI Tumblers can keep drinks hot and ice cold for such a long time.

What Materials Are Used to Make A Yeti Tumbler Cup?

Vacuum Sealed And Double Walls

The double walls stainless steel construction of the YETI TUMBLER: They are welded together on the join station on the top of the tumbler, and you can see clearly the gap between the double walls where there is nothing or contact.
